It's been years since rumors of a budding romance between season 10 American Idol winner Scotty McCreery and runner-up Lauren Alaina have swirled around. But it was almost as if we were back in 2011 this week, when McCreery surprised his fan club party with a special appearance from Alaina during CMA Music Fest, and we were all reminded why we were once such fans of the prospect of a "McLaina."
